We start with an on-site consultation and measurement, talk through how you want to use the space and what your budget range is, then produce a scaled plan and a 3D rendering. You review it, we revise, and once it is right the plan becomes the build document.
Most residential designs come together in one to three weeks depending on the size of the property and how many revision rounds you want.
We go over exactly how design fees work during your consultation, including how they are handled if you move forward with the installation.
The plan is yours. That said, we designed it around how our crews build, so we would rather be the ones executing it.
Not always. A straightforward walkway or bed refresh usually just needs a good estimate and material samples. Design earns its keep once multiple elements, grade changes, or phasing are involved.
