Sunken pavers, a heaved section by the downspout, a walkway that has developed a dip, a wall that has started to lean. None of those are paver problems. They are base and water problems showing up at the surface, and simply re-leveling the top layer means you will be doing it again in two years.
We open the affected area, find out what actually went wrong, and correct it. That might mean rebuilding a base that was never compacted properly, adding drainage where water has been collecting, replacing edge restraint that failed, or resetting a wall course with proper backfill. Then we reset the original pavers so the repair blends in instead of announcing itself.
If we cannot explain why your hardscape moved, we have not finished diagnosing it.

Aggregate replaced and compacted in lifts so the repaired area is stronger than the original.
Water redirected away from the problem area so the same failure does not repeat.
Existing units carefully lifted and reinstalled so color and pattern match perfectly.
Low spots and dips lifted back to proper grade with a corrected base underneath.
Sections lifted by freeze-thaw rebuilt with drainage that prevents it recurring.
Failing walls partially or fully rebuilt with proper drainage stone and reinforcement.
Creeping edges re-restrained and loose or wobbly step treads reset and re-adhered.
In most cases we reset your original pavers, so matching is not an issue. When units are cracked or stained beyond saving we source the closest available match, and we can often pull replacements from a less visible area so the repair stays invisible.
Nearly always insufficient base depth, base material that was never properly compacted, or water washing fines out from underneath. Improper drainage around downspouts is a very common culprit.
It depends on how widespread the problem is. Localized settling is well worth repairing. If the base was undersized across the entire installation and multiple areas are failing, a rebuild is often the better long-term value. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.
