Our payment terms are Net 7, meaning invoice balances are due within 7 days. For larger projects over $500, we require a 50% deposit upfront.

- What happens if weather affects my scheduled service?
If it rains on your service day, we'll reschedule your lawn care service to the next available dry day and notify you by text or email.

I was raking my leaves and these guys from BlackRock Outdoor Living used their leaf blower and piled up the leaves next door where they were landscaping. The owner (Alex) then mulched them up with his mower! Offered money but he didn’t want it. BlackRock Outdoor Living has been taking care of our next door neighbors for a few years now and always does an awesome job!!! I’ve been cutting my own yard for 40 years. If and when I stop, I will be giving Alex from BlackRock Outdoor Living a call!

We are very happy we could get on the schedule quickly for the excavation of the garden beds around the foundation of our home. The river rock color palette chosen works extremely well and adds a beautiful effect along the foundation of our property with its varying shades of color.
